The industrial distributor company sought to improve how customers navigate category pages and find products across its site, with a focus on delivering a more personalized and efficient buying experience. HawkSearch’s personalization capabilities and flexible merchandising tools will enable the company to tailor search results and guide customers to the most relevant products.
As part of the implementation, HawkSearch will integrate with the company’s existing PIM and ERP systems, supporting a seamless flow of product and customer data across its digital ecosystem.
