60 characters or less including spaces

2. Blog Length

750 - 1,500 characters

3. Tone and Style

  • Educational
  • Informative  
  • Not spammy  
  • Conversational but professional  
  • Consistent with brand tone on website

4. Originality and Uniqueness

  • Content must be unique and submitted posts should not be published elsewhere.
  • Include unique insights, perspectives, or personal experiences to make the content more valuable and engaging.

5. Formatting and Structure

Include the following where appropriate to enhance readability and SEO:  

  • Headings
  • Subheadings
  • Bullet points, and  
  • Paragraphs  

6. External Links

  • No competitor links
  • Links should be on topic
  • Use educational and authoritative links where relevant
  • No spam
  • Avoid excessive linking
  • Prioritise internal links to our website

7. Quality Standards

  • Make sure to proofread work for spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors.
  • Provide well-researched, accurate, and up-to-date information to ensure valuable and trustworthy content to your audience.

8. SEO Considerations

  • Research and use trending keywords appropriately (no keyword stuffing).
  • Provide an SEO optimized meta description and title tag.

9. Review and Approval Process:

  • Blogger pitches topics
  • Topic selected  
  • Outline sent through and approved  
  • Blog submitted and reviewed  
  • Sent back to blogger for edits if needed  
  • Modifications finalized then publication

Approval Proccess

  • Guest bloggers retain authorship of their content, but with permission granted to publish on our website.

2. Guest Author Bio and Promotion

  • Guest bloggers can provide a short (2 sentence max) bio, link, and photo
  • The link can be to LinkedIn or to a personal website etc
