Scott has over 18 years of experience working in Quality Assurance within Software Development. After working on software for H-E-B, a food retail and delivery chain, Scott moved to work for software companies such as RackSpace and AirStrip. Throughout his career, he has worked in all parts of technology, from support to development and then working up the ranks in QA to senior, lead, and director roles. Scott started at Bridgeline in 2021 and now leads the R&D team as the Senior VicePresident of Technology.

Scott achieved his BA in Information Systems at the University of Texas at San Antonio. He has lived in San Antonio, Texas, with his wife and children for over 20 years. In his free time, Scott roots for the Chicago Bears and enjoys running and geeking out over the latest VR games with his friends and family.
