Bridgeline Software Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

BURLINGTON, Mass., Dec. 12, 2006 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bridgeline Digital, Inc. (NASDAQ:BLIN), a provider in cloud-based Web Content Management, eCommerce and Marketing Automation software, announced that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission in anticipation of a planned initial public offering of its Common Stock. The proposed initial public offering will include 3,000,000 shares of common stock. The offering may increase to approximately 3,450,000 shares of common stock if the underwriters exercise in full their over-allotment option. The company plans to list its shares on the NASDAQ Stock Market under the ticker symbol "BLSW", and the Boston Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “BLS”.
