We have an immediate opening for a Marketing Communications Manager working in our Mineola, NY facility. The Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for marketing Bridgeline Digital’s web engagement software platform (iAPPS) and related interactive services through various channels. We are specifically in search for a marketing professional with experience in content writing and marketing, social media, lead generation, and email marketing. 

The ideal candidate will have strong writing, and communication abilities combined with sound knowledge of content management, emarketing, web analytics, social media and ecommerce applications.

Specific responsibilities and qualifications follow:

Areas of Responsibility

  • Write marketing assets like whitepapers, case studies and brochures and manage the full design and delivery of each piece
  • Execute on lead nurturing through weekly email marketing campaigns
  • Manage corporate social media program
  • Assist with lead generation efforts across various channels
  • Write and distribute regular company news updates
  • Develop sales enablement material and other pipeline acceleration programs


  • Minimally 5 or more years of experience working in a marketing position for a progressive high tech market.
  • Sound knowledge of content management, emarketing, web analytics, social media and ecommerce applications.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills in a fast paced environment
  • Experience in implementing and using lead generation, lead nurturing, and CRM tools – Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, presentation and writing skills
  • Strong work ethic and can do attitude, along with ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel when necessary
  • Minimally, a Bachelor’s degree
